Carpenter is seeking a dedicated HSE leader to drive and coordinate safety initiatives at a SEVESO site. You will guide risk management, ergonomics, and safe work practices while ensuring compliance with regulations and Group policies.

You will collaborate with operational teams, leading improvement projects to strengthen our risk prevention culture and to elevate safety engagement across the site.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Safety and Environment training program.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, industrial risk analysis, and ICPE requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to persuade.
• Pragmatism and reactivity.

Your tasks in our company:

On our site, classified as a SEVESO high‑threshold establishment and operating under the authority of the Site Director, you will be responsible for:

• Driving and coordinating our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) initiatives to ensure full compliance with regulatory and Group requirements.
• Leading and supporting continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening our industrial risk prevention culture.
• Acting as a key advisor to operational teams, providing guidance on risk management, ergonomics and safe working practices.
• Ensuring the proper implementation and monitoring of safety management systems, while fostering employee engagement and awareness.

Our requirements for you:
