Umicore Belgium is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to support the deployment and monitoring of the site’s HSE policy. The role provides operational and administrative support across all HSE activities to improve performance.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, the coordinator will help with audits, risk assessments, training delivery, incident investigations and the maintenance of HSE records, contributing to a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Health, Safety and Environment or a related field.
• Experience in an industrial environment would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support deployment and monitoring of the site's HSE policy.
• Provide operational and administrative support across all HSE activities.
• Assist with audits, training delivery and management reviews.
• Maintain HSE documentation and records; monitor indicators and corrective actions.
