Umicore is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the deployment and monitoring of the site’s Health, Safety and Environment policy. The role includes delivering training sessions, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous HSE improvement.
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will support audits, incident investigations, and action plans, helping foster a strong safety culture across site operations.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, the HSE Coordinator supports the deployment and monitoring of the site's Health, Safety and Environment policy. The role actively contributes to the continuous improvement of HSE performance by providing both operational and administrative support across all HSE activities.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to analyze data, training delivery capabilities, and a good command of standard office software.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health, Safety and Environment or a related field. Previous experience in an industrial environment would be an advantage.
