Linxens, based in Île-de-France, is seeking an HRIS professional to lead Workday initiatives and global HR system projects. You will collaborate with IT, Finance and HR to standardize processes, governance, and data quality, while driving digital transformation across the region.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HRIS in international settings and strong experience with Workday, Mercer, Workelo and ADP; fluency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience in an international environment.
• Masters or Bachelors in IT or Information Systems or similar field.
• Strong experience in Workday, Mercer, Workelo and ADP.
• Strong understanding of HRIS modules, integrations and system interactions.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication with IT, Finance and HR.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and report on customer needs, problems, solutions and progress using JIRA.
• Standardize processes and governance for Workday and data consistency.
• Act as a reference between Global HRIS and local HR teams to scope and deliver initiatives.
• Promote digital transformation and adoption of HR tools in the region.
• Maintain JIRA run and ad-hoc requests; support HR Partners daily painpoints.
• Track AI capabilities in Workday and broader HR-Tech; oversee LMS and Cornerstone.

Responsibilities

Business Support

• Identify relevant business and HR needs and translate it into HRIS system requirements.

• Monitor and report on customer needs, problems, solutions and progress by leveraging the JIRA ticket management tool

• Solve the issue or escape and follow up when needed to HRIS Manager or AMS provider.

• Develop dashboards, customized reports, and scorecards based on business requirements

Workday Management

• Standardize processes and data in line with industry best practices, to provide a common and consistent foundation to support the efficient use of the Workday (WD) in line with our business needs.

• Formalizing and institutionalizing a governance framework: creating a common set of definitions, roles and responsabilities, ensure that any change in Workday goes through the appropriate decision-making process and validation level

Project Contribution / Change Management

• Act as a point of reference between the Global HRIS team and local HR teams to scope, implement, deliver, and maintain global HR systems initiatives in his / her scope.

• Be an active change ambassador, promoting digital transformation and adoption of digital tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes in the region.

JIRA Run and AdHoc Requests

• Responsible for maintaining the JIRA run and support point

• Support HR Partners in their daily painpoints

AI & HR Tech

• Track emerging AI capabilities in Workday and the broader HR-Tech market, pilots select AI-enabled tools, and contributes to Group-level discussions on AI governance in HR.

• Have a sytemic approach to HR tech and tools including overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) updating and the AMS for Cornerstone

• Broaden scope outside of of the Workday (WD) spectrum

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience in an international environment

• Masters / Bachelors in IT OR Information Systems OR similar field

• Strong experience in Workday, Mercer, Workelo, ADP

• Strong understanding of HRIS modules, integrations and system interactions

• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with IT, Finance and HR

• An autonomous, flexible and solution-oriented mindset

• A continuous improvement mindset and affinity for using technology to create simpler, smarter HR processes and experiences

• Fluent in English & French
