Our growth is creating great opportunities!*Below is the job description for open position**Responsibilities**Data Management* Maintain the high quality of the data in Workday by performing regular data audits to identify and address data issues with the HR partner / HRIS Champions* Promote data awareness across the organization and ensure secure access to confidential data* Standardize HR processes and data in line with industry best practices, establishing a consistent foundation for accurate analytics and organizational effectiveness* Establish data governance standards and train business users on Workday Data Management, processes, and best practicesBusiness Support* Identify & translate relevant business and HR requirements into HRIS system* Monitor & report HR systems requests through JIRA ticket management tool, resolving issues or coordinating with the HRIS Manager OR external AMS provider* Develop and maintain dashboards, customized reports, scorecards, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision-makingProject Contribution & Change Management* Act as the key interface between Global and local HR teams, coordinating the scope, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of global HRIS initiatives* Drive digital transformation and adoption of digital HR tools to improve regional HR process efficiency and effectiveness**Qualification*** 5 years of experience in HR Analytics, with hands-on Workday experience.* Masters / Bachelors in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.* Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and JIRA.* Experience in HRIS projects, change management, and process improvement.* Good knowledge of HR data, reporting, and governance.* Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.* Fluent English & French*Join Linxens to work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with leading tech innovators and making a global impact on technology.*
