Bel seeks an HR Business Partner for Impact Direction in Suresnes, joining the Impact Team that blends Environmental, Social, Governance and finance initiatives. You will drive transformation, manage talent, develop capabilities, oversee compensation policies, and ensure compliant employee relations across a ~130-person corporate scope.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in HR, a HR-related degree, and strong English communication skills; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven 5–7 years in Human Resources including at least one role as HR manager.
• Degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to lead projects while supporting day-to-day HR operations with dedication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Act as Change agent and drive transformation for the teams.
• Oversee Talent Management and succession planning with local & global HRs.
• Develop capabilities strategy and identify development solutions to meet business objectives.
• Lead Compensation & Benefits conversations and annual reviews with leaders.
• Support Employee Relations and ensure compliant HR policies and safe workplace.
• Manage HR data reporting and act as super user for HR Systems.
