Bel Group in Suresnes seeks an HR Business Partner for Impact Direction to drive transformation and people initiatives across CSR, Finance, and M&A, supporting about 130 corporate employees.

You will lead change, talent management, recruitment, and rewards, ensuring local policies align with group culture while enabling growth and international collaboration.

Fluent English is required; French is a plus. 5–7 years in HR including at least one as HR manager; unlimited-term contract.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to communicate with global teams
• Degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
• Experience as HR manager is preferred

Responsabilités

• Act as Change agent and drive transformation within the Impact direction
• Lead Talent Management including succession planning and reviews
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and organizational health
• Ensure alignment of rewards with performance and group policies
• Manage HR budgets and data reporting for informed decision-making
