Jobtailor is seeking a proactive student in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s candidate to join the Workplace & HR team. You will help manage workplace environments across our three sites—Paris, Lyon and Toulouse—and oversee facilities, maintenance, and external providers.

You will track internal requests, support KPI monitoring, employee benefits, and organizational projects, and assist with employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Final year of a Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program in HR, Management, or equivalent.
• French fluent (C2); English professional working proficiency (B2–C1).
• At least a 6-month internship or work-study in an office management or workplace role.
• Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus.

Overview

• Contribute to the management of workplace environments across our 3 sites (Paris, Lyon, Toulouse) and oversee associated services (facilities, maintenance, external providers)
• Track internal requests and coordinate actions with the relevant teams and partners
• Support monitoring of KPIs and the optimization of service quality and workplace-related costs
• Assist in managing collective schemes and monitoring employee benefits
• Participate in analysis of HR KPIs (benefits usage, engagement, costs) to optimize programs
• Provide support on cross-functional topics related to organizational matters and the employee experience
• Organize and coordinate internal events (afterworks, breakfasts, seminars) in collaboration with teams and sites
• Manage event logistics and budgets, coordinating internal and external contributors
• Help drive employee engagement through internal communication and continuous improvement of the employee experience

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree (Licence 3) or in a Master’s program (HR, Management, Human Sciences or equivalent)
• French: fluent (C2); English: professional working proficiency (B2–C1)
• At least one significant prior experience (6‑month internship or previous work‑study) in an office management or workplace role
• Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus
