Swan, Europe’s embedded banking specialist, is seeking a trainee on the People team to become the go-to expert for all training topics within HR. You will own the full training lifecycle for ~350 employees, coordinating external providers and internal facilitators, and driving post-training evaluations.

You are a Master’s student in HR/L&D, looking for at least 1 year of apprenticeship, with prior HR or training experience.

Qualifications

• You are a Master’s student in HR, L&D or a related field and seeking at least 1 year of apprenticeship.
• Experience in HR or training/L&D through internships or projects is expected.
• Startup mindset: you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proactive, rigorous, organized, analytical, and comfortable handling confidential data.
• Fluent in English and French; strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage external training providers (language, management, mental health, safety).
• Build and oversee the annual training calendar and design modules with providers and internal facilitators.
• Send invitations and manage communications for each session.
• Evaluate training quality via post-training surveys and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain training activity reporting and budget management; produce statutory training reports.
