Qualifications

• You are a student in a Master's degree and looking for at least one year of apprenticeship.
• Experience in HR or training/L&D is preferred.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the annual training calendar and schedule sessions.
• Collect and analyse training needs from employee performance reviews.
• Drive the full deployment of the validated annual training plan.
