Inside LVMH is seeking a Director of People & HR Technology to define strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for its HR product line, including talent and employee experience, and the transition to SuccessFactors. This role combines product leadership with people management in a lean operating model.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, HR Technology, HRIS, or enterprise application leadership.
• Strong experience in HR systems including core HR and talent-related capabilities.
• Experience leading large-scale HR transformation programs or platform transitions.
• Demonstrated people management experience, coaching and developing team members.
• Strong ability to define product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and business value.
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management across business and IT leadership.
• Solid understanding of agile methods, delivery governance, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Responsabilités

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People / HR Technology Product Line.
• Lead the product line across Core HR Platforms / Core HR Operations and Talent, Experience & SuccessFactors Transition.
• Evolve the HR product organization in line with HR strategy and roadmap toward SuccessFactors.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories; ensure clear requirements.
• Oversee product delivery, release planning, adoption readiness, and change coordination.
• Manage the manager leading Core HR Platforms / Core HR Operations and foster leadership growth.
• Build strong relationships with HR stakeholders and IT partners to enable value realization.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, and outcomes; drive continuous improvement.
