Tiffany & Co. seeks a Director - People & HR Technology to define the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the People / HR Technology product line, including Talent, Employee Experience and the transition to SuccessFactors.

You will directly manage one strategic product and lead a lean HR tech team to deliver business value. This role combines product line leadership, people management, and direct product accountability within a lean operating model, guiding the HR technology

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in Product Management, HR Technology, HRIS, or enterprise application leadership.
Strong experience in HR systems and processes, including core HR and talent-related capabilities.
Experience leading large-scale HR transformation programs or platform transitions.
Demonstrated people management experience, including coaching and developing team members.
Strong ability to define product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and business value.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for HR technology product line.
Lead Talent, Employee Experience & SuccessFactors Transition product.
Oversee transition planning toward SuccessFactors and HR platform modernization.
Build and coach the Core HR Platforms / Core HR Operations manager.
Ensure delivery, release planning, and adoption readiness.
Foster collaboration across HR, IT, and external partners.
