Schroders in Paris is offering a six-month HR generalist internship within the People & Culture team. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, contributing to practical, high-impact topics that support our employees.

This internship provides broad exposure to HR administration, employee relations and organisational challenges in an international company, with opportunities to interact with European teams and the London head office.

Qualifications

• Organised, thorough and curious; able to manage a varied range of assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication; understands discretion.
• Fluent in French with good command of English for an international environment.
• Team player who can also work independently and prioritise effectively.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support the HR Business Partner across all aspects of an HR generalist role.
• Assist with HR administration and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare meetings with Social and Economic Committee (CSE) members and follow up on related matters.
• Support internal communications and the preparation of materials for employees.
• Provide operational support on cross-functional HR projects.
• Respond to day-to-day HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Engage with stakeholders across European People & Culture teams, our London head office, managers and external service providers.
