Epex Spot is seeking an HR Operations assistant to support daily HR staff and consultants across several European countries. You will handle employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, absence management, and compliance tasks with accuracy and discretion.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the HR Director. You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR templates, manage data in HR systems, and support annual headcount reviews and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR administration, payroll, or HR operations.
• First-hand exposure to employee lifecycle activities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments.
• Manage employee files, attestations, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
• Support benefits administration and annual campaigns.
• Coordinate communications for holidays, RTT, and SE/CSE meetings.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and HR transformation projects.
