D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting managers, advising on employee relations, and enhancing team engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. Key benefits include meal vouchers, health insurance, and public transport contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a scale-up, SaaS, hospitality, or similar ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Support managers on day-to-day people topics and organisational challenges.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, and development matters.
• Partner with leaders to support team engagement and organisational effectiveness.
• Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Contribute to onboarding and employee integration.
• Support performance review cycles and follow-up actions.
• Ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to transversal HR initiatives and people projects.
• Work closely with the broader People Team.

Connaissances

5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to balance operational execution with business partnering

Comfortable working with managers

Fluent English
