Job summary

GetVocal AI Ltd. is offering an HR Operations & Office Management Intern in Paris. This hybrid/remote-friendly internship will expose you to payroll across multiple European countries, HR documentation, onboarding, and office life within a growing tech company.

You will work closely with the Head of People, gaining hands-on experience in operations, compliance and employee experience while contributing to ongoing projects and team events.

Qualifications

• Studying HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to juggle tasks.
• Proactive, reliable and enjoys finding solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Interested in payroll, HR compliance and international HR operations.
• Comfortable with digital tools and eager to explore new ones.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll coordination across France, Germany, the UK and Portugal.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and benefits admin.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding tasks, including compliance.
• Support onboarding sessions and day-to-day HR inquiries.
• Help keep the Paris office organized and welcoming.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
