Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a 12-month apprenticeship in our People team in Paris. You will help coordinate learning events, track participation, and curate AI/learning content while developing strong project management and data analysis skills in a collaborative, international environment.

Required: Master’s in HR (Bac+5) and fluency in French and English; availability from January 2027. The role offers hybrid work with up to two remote days per month and opportunities for mentoring and growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR or learning is a plus but not required.
• Hybrid profile with analytical skills and project management capability.
• Availability for a 12-month apprenticeship starting January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning events and manage logistics end-to-end.
• Track participation, collect feedback and identify improvements.
• Curate learning content into clear, audience-specific paths.
• Create practical resources (guides, checklists, FAQs) for adoption.
• Support AI fluency initiatives with data collection and analysis.
