Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a 12-month apprenticeship in our People team in Paris. You will help coordinate learning events, track participation, and curate AI/learning content while developing strong project management and data analysis skills in a collaborative, international environment.

Required: Master’s in HR (Bac+5) and fluency in French and English; availability from January 2027. The role offers hybrid work with up to two remote days per month and opportunities for mentoring and growth.

1. The Team You’ll Join

You’ll be part of our People team at Mirakl, a global team of around 30 people covering the full employee lifecycle across all of our offices worldwide. Together, you’ll be contributing to building an exceptional employee experience and shaping the future of how Mirakl grows, learns, and develops its talent.

2. Your Impact

• Coordinate learning events — Organise Manager Days, hackathons, bootcamps, lunch & learns and show-and-tell sessions, owning logistics, invitations, materials and post-event follow-up from start to finish.
• Track participation and feedback — Manage attendance, collect feedback, and synthesise key learnings and improvement opportunities to continuously raise the bar on our learning programmes.
• Curate learning content — Audit and structure existing AI, enablement and learning resources into clear, audience-specific learning paths that make it easy for every Miraklian to grow.
• Create practical resources — Develop guides, FAQs, checklists and quick-reference materials that support learning adoption and make knowledge accessible across the organisation.
• Support AI fluency initiatives — Gather and document AI use cases, design surveys and knowledge checks, and organise assessment data to help the People team make informed decisions.

3. What You’ll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Master's level degree (Bac+5) in HR, from a business school or university
• Experience in HR or learning is a plus, but not a prerequisite. Hybrid profiles combining analytical skills and project management are welcome.
• Comfortable organizing events
• Availability for a 12-month apprenticeship starting in January 2027 is required.
