Sonio in Paris is seeking an HR intern to assist our HRBP and the People & Culture team in a fast-paced, creative environment. This internship supports recruitment, career development, payroll data collection, onboarding, and office management tasks.

You will help organize internal events, assist with internship campaigns, and perform HR research to keep the team informed and compliant. This is a 6-month assignment starting in September.

Qualifications

• Student in Bac+2 to Bac+5 in HR, Assistant or Management.
• Rigorous, organized and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Based in Paris and bilingual in English and French.

Responsabilités

• HR Administration: daily employee matters, payroll data collection, onboarding for hires.
• Office Management: manage office supplies, service providers, and workplace quality.
• Events: support internal events (team-building, year-end party).
• Recruitment support: review applications, follow-ups, intern recruitment campaigns.

About Sonio

Each year, 140M children are born. Birth defects affect 1 in 33 births in developed countries, and in 50% of cases, they are not detected during prenatal examinations. Prenatal medicine is particularly complex, and the scans impose heavy responsibilities on healthcare professionals. They can also be a source of stress for future parents.

Resulting from 5 years of collaboration between world-renowned experts from Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Based on patented algorithms and a proprietary expert database, Sonio aims to become the reference tool to help practitioners improve screening, reduce diagnostic errors, and optimize pregnant women’s medical path.

About the role

Being an HR at Sonio means enabling the team to thrive in a supportive, fulfilling, and creative environment. Our role is highly cross-functional to achieve this mission: recruitment, career management, performance management, administration, office management, and event organization.

The team is led by our Director of People & Culture, who works remotely, and we are looking for an intern to assist our HRBP in Paris with various HR tasks.

Your mission will be:

• HR Administration: Daily management of employee matters, collection of payroll data, and management of administrative onboarding for hires.
• Office Management: Be responsible for our office (necessary equipment and supplies, service providers, improving the quality of life at the office...)
• Events: Support for organizing internal events (team-building, end-of-year party, etc.).
• Support in recruitment: review applications, follow-up, intern recruitment campaigns...
• Monitoring: research on HR topics to keep the team up to date.

About the profile

• Student in Bac+2 to Bac+5 (HR, Assistant, Management). Rigorous, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• You have strong interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication. Like Sonio's mission, you care about others.
• You understand the confidentiality requirements related to our job.
• Based in Paris, you speak English and French.

Duration: September for 6 months
