Natixis NY Branch in Paris is seeking an HR Project Manager intern for a 6-month program starting January 2027. You will support the Talent Management Leader in implementing key HR initiatives, including performance and talent management and career support.

Under the guidance of your tutor, you will help manage projects, contribute to the Talent management tool, and support HR campaigns while coordinating with HR managers, IT teams, and entities' HR representatives. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 student pursuing a Master’s in HR, Management, Project Management or Workplace Psychology.
• Interested in HR project management and seeking new challenges.
• Creative, rigorous and reliable.
• Autonomous with ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with digital tools; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Participate in managing and facilitating ongoing projects by joining working groups.
• Contribute to improving the talent management tool with HRIS teams.
• Support HR campaigns (performance reviews, career interviews).
• Assist in project communications and lead the Talent referents community across entities.
• Maintain regular contact with partners and internal clients (HR managers, business experts, IT, HR reps).

Job Description

You are joining our Talent & Skills Development team within the HR department, which is looking for an HR Project Manager for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

As an HR Project Manager, you support the Talent Management Leader to implement the key initiatives of our HR roadmap. These initiatives include performance and talent management, career support, etc.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the management and facilitation of ongoing projects, by organizing and participating in working groups;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent management tool, in connection with HRIS teams;
• Contribute to the management and monitoring of HR campaigns (performance evaluation, career interviews, etc.);
• Participate in communication actions related to projects, as well as leading the community of Talent referents from different entities.
• You will be regularly in contact with our partners and internal clients (HR managers, business experts, IT teams, HR representatives of entities, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac+4/5 student, you are preparing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Project Management or Workplace Psychology.

You are interested in HR project management and looking for new challenges.

You are creative, rigorous and reliable.

You are autonomous, know how to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

You are comfortable with digital tools and know the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
