Job summary

Air Liquide in Paris is seeking an HR intern to support the global deployment of mental health and disability programs. You will help prepare the 2027 roadmap and assist in rolling out the initiative across the Group, coordinating with HR, HSE, and stakeholders.

During this 6‑month internship starting January 2027, you will develop a global resource repository, create communication kits, and monitor KPIs to measure impact, reporting progress to the Group HR team.

Qualifications

• HR Master’s degree in progress or completed; open to career changes.
• Fluent in English and French; international environment.
• Strong written, oral and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global deployment of mental health and disability programs.
• Contribute to defining and tracking the 2027 roadmap across entities.
• Develop and roll out communication materials for HR teams and managers.
