Air Liquide in Paris is offering an internship in Social Sustainability. You will support the global deployment of mental health and disability at work, developing a 2027 roadmap and helping roll it out across the Group.

You will inventory resources, harmonize content, and contribute to governance. English and French are required, with strong communication and analytical skills to engage HR teams and managers.

Qualifications

• HR Master's, Final-year from a Business School or Sciences Po - Open to career changes.
• English + French speaking (international work environment).
• Soft skills: Autonomy, efficiency, and proactivity; Rigor, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills (presentation materials, guides, slides).
• Strong interest / sensitivity to mental health at work and disability inclusion topics.

Responsabilités

• Inventory and centralize resources/tools across the Group (guides, best practices, awareness materials).
• Update and harmonize contents for global usability; populate the global platform.
• Define and track the global 2027 roadmap; support governance and deliverables.
• Roll out action plans to local sponsors; support HR teams and managers.
• Conduct external benchmarking on peer best practices (accessibility, support, retention).
• Oversee rollout of mental health solutions with dashboards and KPI tracking.
