Hackett is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver a first‑class employee experience and empower talent to boost profitability and brand equity across the organisation. You will work with various business areas to implement people-focused strategies and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the French market.
• University degree in HR or related field is desirable.
• Languages: English, French, and Spanish are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Act as a liaison between business areas and the HR department.
• Develop solutions to align strategy with workforce capabilities and guide managers on ER, performance and planning.
• Advise on promotions, lateral moves and succession planning when necessary.
• Provide guidance to detect and resolve team conflicts.
• Lead and support talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and align culture with hires.
• Administer HR processes (promotions, terminations, retirement, leave) and manage HR communications (remote work policy, bonus communications, code of conduct).
• Design and implement HR policies ensuring legal compliance and continuous improvement.
• Create global reports of national and international HR activity to measure KPIs.
