Jobtailor in Île-de-France seeks an HR Administrator to maintain data accuracy, assist with payroll, and support employees with payroll queries.

You will track time and leave balances, process hires, status changes, terminations, and benefits, and help with safety and compliance initiatives. English at intermediate level; 2+ years of HR admin experience preferred in media/tech/data sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration.
• Experience in a media agency, tech company, or data company.
• Payroll process knowledge.
• Labor legislation knowledge.
• English (Intermediate).
• Office/Payroll/HR software proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Maintain data accuracy in the systems.
• Assist with the process of payroll.
• Assist employees with payroll-related questions and concerns.
• Help track employee time and paid time off balances.
• Assist with processing new hire, status change, termination paperwork, and benefit changes.
• Support HR teams in managing workplace injuries, in itinere accidents, and leave of absence requests.
• May assist in safety and hygiene support and/or compliance.
