Linxens is seeking an HRIS Manager to drive global HRIS initiatives from Levalois. You will standardize Workday processes, govern changes, and partner with IT, Finance and HR across regions. Lead dashboards, reports, and governance while promoting digital transformation in HR tooling and AI governance.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS in international settings, fluency in English and French, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid collaboration with IT and HR teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience in an international environment.
• Masters or Bachelor's in IT or Information Systems or similar field.
• Strong experience with Workday, Mercer, Workelo and ADP.
• Fluent in English and French; stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify HRIS needs and translate into system requirements.
• Develop dashboards, customized reports, and scorecards.
• Govern Workday governance framework and change validation.
• Act as liaison between Global HRIS and local HR teams.
• Run JIRA run and ad-hoc support requests.
• Track AI capabilities in HR tech and pilot tools; oversee LMS/Cornerstone.
