Yahoo is hiring for a Senior Manager, HR AI Strategy & Governance to shape the AI roadmap, govern AI initiatives, and lead a team within the People Technology group. You’ll collaborate with HR and technical teams to implement practical AI solutions while ensuring security and compliance.

You will drive AI governance, improve workflows, and mentor direct reports, blending strategic oversight with hands-on involvement as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR technology, product management, or workflow automation.
• Experience developing AI roadmaps and evaluating use cases.
• Familiarity with governance, data privacy, and risk review processes.
