Air Liquide invites applications for a Staff Engineer in AI Governance & Architecture. You will architect future AI strategies and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant AI solutions.

We seek 8+ years in system design and architecture, SDLC mastery, and deep knowledge of Data & Knowledge Management, Knowledge Graphs, and ADR governance. You will mentor engineers and contribute to long-term roadmaps across value streams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in System and Solution Design and Architecture.
• Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Mastery of designing scalable, robust, and high-performance architectures.
• Expertise in Data & Knowledge Management (Structured, Unstructured, Semantic, Knowledge Graphs).
• Advanced proficiency in architectural governance and ADR practices.
• Deep expertise in scaling, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI architectures.
• Proven ability to design robust computational frameworks and advanced AI algorithms.
• Extensive knowledge of Cloud, integration and related technologies.
