AXA XL seeks a Senior HRBP to partner with senior leaders in the Global Tech & AI function, translating strategy into workforce requirements and shaping organization design. You will collaborate with the global HR network to deliver people initiatives and build critical capabilities.

The role reports to the Global Head of HR, Technology & AI Office, offering exposure to a fast-evolving tech environment and opportunities to influence talent strategy and workforce transformation across AXA XL.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP partnering with senior leaders across Technology & AI to translate strategy into workforce requirements.
• Experience building workforce plans, operating models and org design.
• Strong influence and relationship-building with global HR network.

Responsabilités

• Strategic workforce planning: translate tech/AI strategy into people and workforce agenda 2–5 years out.
• Operating model and organization design: assess profiles and skills for make/build decisions and AI-enabled work.
• External talent market orientation: monitor trends and skills needs across industries and regions.
• Commercial and enterprise acumen: connect technology investments to workforce costs and location strategy.
• Data-driven decision making: use skills data and analytics to inform workforce strategy.
