Yahoo’s Central Technology organization is seeking a strategic operator to connect long‑term vision with concrete programs. You’ll partner with CTO and leadership to translate priorities into roadmaps, OKRs, and informed investment decisions.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows across planning, governance, and reporting, while mentoring a high‑performing Strategy & Operations team to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations within large-scale technology environments.
• Proven track record partnering directly with C-level, VP, and senior leaders.
• Player-coach with hands-on analytical and narrative execution.

Responsabilités

• Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps with clear OKRs/KPIs.
• Own planning rhythms and implement AI-driven workflows to streamline reporting.
• Tackle high-stakes challenges with structured analysis and data-backed recommendations.
