Líbere Hospitality Group in Paris is seeking a Hospitality Operations Specialist to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth property operations across our growing portfolio. You will coordinate backoffice tasks, manage guest interactions, and support city managers to deliver consistent service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment and across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Backoffice: supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Administrative: manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.
• Customer Service: assist guests with check-in, city info, and more as the main point of contact.
