Kerten Hospitality in Paris seeks a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager across daily dining operations in our Paris venues. You will oversee service teams, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure high-quality guest experiences while maintaining standards.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of POS systems, and a hands-on, service-driven approach. You will help manage inventory, schedules, and cleanliness to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic administrative tasks.

Responsabilités

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations across all dining outlets.
• Supervise service teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to Kerten Hospitality service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
• Support staff scheduling, task allocation, and shift supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of the restaurant.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Drive service excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
