Guest Operations Specialist – Paris

We are looking for a Guest Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Paris. In this critical role, you will be on the front lines of our guest experience—ensuring our homes are in perfect condition, resolving urgent issues with care, and supporting the Operations team in delivering five‑star stays.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to guest‑related issues such as lockouts, maintenance emergencies, tech glitches, and building service needs, serving as the critical link between guests and internal teams.
• Conduct thorough unit inspections before guest check‑ins and after check‑outs to ensure each apartment meets high standards for cleanliness, design, and functionality.
• Work with Operations Managers to prepare new units—checking furnishings, supplies, and technology to guarantee everything is guest‑ready.
• Perform ongoing walkthroughs to verify that homes align with design specifications, maintenance follow‑ups are completed, and interiors reflect our brand quality.
• Act as a guest‑facing operations contact and work closely with the Customer Experience team to resolve in‑stay requests efficiently and thoughtfully.
• Balance most time in the field with occasional desk‑based coordination using tools like Slack, G Suite, and email.
