Jobgether is seeking a Technical Account Manager - Mid-Market (Hebrew Speaking) based in France. You will be the trusted technical advisor to mid-market customers across Europe, guiding onboarding, proactive support, and best-practice adoption of our security platform.

Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential, with experience in Windows Server, cybersecurity, and strong communication. This remote role requires collaboration with support, engineering, and sales teams, and may require travel up

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Experience with Windows Server operating systems.
Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, cybersecurity, and modern IT infrastructure.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience using AI technologies to enhance workflows or business results.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for mid-market customers across the EMEA region.
Onboard new customers and guide platform adoption and configuration.
Conduct platform health checks and provide product training.
Document feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address needs.
Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including SOC teams and executives.
Investigate issues, develop action plans, and ensure timely resolutions.
Escalate complex cases and coordinate cross-functional teams.
