Job summary

Tandem Health, a fast-scaling health-tech company, seeks a Technical Project Manager to own critical integrations across French and European healthcare ecosystems. You’ll coordinate with the France office and the central Integrations team in Stockholm to drive API-driven delivery and ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in SaaS/healthtech.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in discussing APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or momentum.
• Ability to anticipate, assess, and manage risk from scoping through delivery.
• Strong communication skills translating technical complexity into clear decisions.
• Product-minded focus on building the right thing, not just on-time delivery.
• Native level French speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
• Map external systems against our platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners.
• Act as the central coordinator between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders (France vs Stockholm).
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture for robust solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity.
• Build and improve integration delivery processes, templates, and frameworks.
• Ensure visibility across stakeholders by tracking progress, surfacing risks, and communicating clearly.
• Support sales in answering technical questions from customers.
