Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse seeks a Process and Supply Management Leader to oversee end-to-end supply chain processes and data integrity. You will drive system improvements, KPI deployment, and collaboration with Program Management, Operations and Finance to deliver space products and services.

The role requires leadership, 5+ years in supply chain and ERP/SAP proficiency, with a focus on data-driven decisions and autonomous project leadership within a global aerospace context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in supply chain or related field.
• Experience in managing processes and leading teams in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate supply chain aspects in ERP including vendor, material, demand, orders and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Operations and Finance to develop space products and services.
• Act as process owner for Supply Chain and lead development/ deployment of systems and KPIs.
• Provide data-driven feedback on supplier performance to strategic sourcing and proposals teams.
• Ensure SAP data reliability for vendor and contract management.
• Coordinate cross-functional topics for supply chain with multifunctional groups.
