Qualifications

• 2+ years of contract negotiation experience.
• Exposure to Sales and/or Procurement.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Customer oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical, rigorous, able to explain complex topics to a variety of stakeholders.
• Willing to take on tasks from operational to strategic.

Responsabilités

• Act as PCM focal point for Space Systems activities and programs.
• Drive Call for Tenders (CFTs) and support negotiations; approve contractual baselines.
• Lead contract drafting and negotiations with Procurement.
• Approve and sign CVF ensuring key elements are captured before final Airbus signature.
• Oversee contract lifecycle including amendments, claims and settlements.
• Mitigate contractual risks and advise during disputes with partners or suppliers.
• Provide support for claims defense and pre-litigation matters.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual implications for strategic projects (IP, confidentiality).
• Develop Procurement Academy training and coaching for stakeholders.
• Standardize procurement contracts integrating economic, commercial, legal, and risk requirements.
