Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse seeks a Procurement Contracts Manager (m/f) to join the Procurement Contracts department dedicated to Space Systems. You will steer contractual baselines for Calls for Tenders, support negotiations, and oversee contract awards while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal and Export Control.

With a legal or contractual background and 2+ years in contract negotiation, you will ensure robust risk analysis, compliance, and cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of contract negotiation experience.
• Legal background or contractual knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Procurement Contract Manager (PCM) focal point for Space Systems activities and programs.
• Lead contract drafting and negotiations with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Legal and Export Control.
• Review and approve Contract Validation Forms (CVF) with accurate executive summaries, deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Oversee contract lifecycle including amendments, claims, settlements and other key documents.
• Provide risk analysis and advice during disputes with partners and suppliers.
• Support pre-litigation matters and contract-related training for stakeholders.
