Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex procurement contracts.
• Ability to provide strategic contracting advice to business units.
• Proven track record working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance).
• Familiarity with tender processes and contractual baselines.

Responsabilités

• Act as the PCM focal point for Space Systems business activities and programs.
• Lead and support Call for Tender (CFT) analyses, bid assessments, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Draft and negotiate contracts in close collaboration with Procurement; review CVFs and approvals.
• Advise on confidentiality and Intellectual Property implications; manage contract lifecycle and risk.
