Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager in Toulouse to lead complex contract negotiations for Space Systems. The role requires a legal/contractual background and 8+ years of experience with Sales and/or Procurement.

Qualifications

• Legal background or contractual knowledge
• 8+ years in contract negotiation with exposure to Sales and/or Procurement
• Open-minded, self-motivated team-player

• Analytical and rigorous, able to explain complex topics to stakeholders
• Willing to take on tasks from operational to strategic
• Fluent in English, both oral and written

Responsabilités

• Act as the Procurement Contract Manager (PCM) focal point for Space Systems activities and programs
• Provide support and drive advice on Call for Tenders (CFTs), assess bids and oversee contract awards
• Lead contract drafting and negotiations in collaboration with Procurement
• Approve and sign the Contract Validation Form (CVF) with all key elements captured
• Oversee contract lifecycle: drafting, amendments, claims, settlements, and key documents
• Mitigate contractual risks through expert analysis and advice during disputes
• Support preparation/defense of claims and pre-litigation matters
• Provide cross-functional expertise in contract design, drafting, and negotiation
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual implications of strategic projects (IP, confidentiality)
• Develop Procurement Academy training and coaching for stakeholders
• Standardize procurement contracts to integrate economic, commercial, legal and risk management requirements
