Exotrail is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily operations with suppliers and subcontractors for space/defense projects at Toulouse or Massy. You will manage orders from placement to delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance under ECSS, NPR, ARP standards.

Collaborate with Engineering, Legal and Quality, coordinate with the Strategic Supply Manager, and drive KPI reporting (OTD, NCR rate). Fluent in French and English is essential for cross‑functional work.

Qualifications

• Min 8 years experience in Supply / Operational purchasing.
• Experience managing contracts and purchase orders.
• Rigour and detail‑oriented; result‑oriented.
• Ability to turn strategy into concrete actions.
• Excellent written and oral communication in French & English.

Responsabilités

• Operational management of suppliers and subcontractors within space/defense projects.
• Order placement to delivery, receipt, and acceptance of equipment.
• Document control, recording of receipts, non‑conformities, and triggering returns.
• Stock management, target levels, alert thresholds and replenishment proposals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Legal and Quality; reporting KPIs for project reviews.
