Airbus Defence and Space SAS is seeking a Process and Supply Management Leader to head the supply management for constellations in Toulouse. You will develop and monitor an effective system for demand and availability of buy parts, coordinate with Program Management, Operations and Finance, and lead the transformation of supply chain processes and KPIs.

You will also supervise the Supply Officer workpackage and ensure SAP data reliability for vendor and contract management, while driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain.
• Strong data-driven with ERP knowledge.
• Autonomous and proactive.

• Leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

Your challenges

• As the responsible for supply management for constellations you will be responsible to develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring demand and availability of buy parts
• Work within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders
• Supervise Supply Officer workpackage
• You will be working with Program Management, Operations, Finance teams to develop new space product and service solutions for internal and external customers.
• As the Supply Management Leader you will be the process owner for Supply Chain
• You will be leading for development, implementation, deployment, training and continuous improvement of relevant information systems, metrics, planning, processes and procedures
• You will be ensuring a day to day support on SAP to Supply chain team to ensure reliability and correctness of data for vendor and contract management
• You will be involved in Supply Chain transformation related to integration of Constellations within ADS Space System and implementation of supply chain strategy by ensuring adaptation of process, KPI, and associated systems.
• You will be coordinating transverse topics for all supply chain with multifunctional groups

Your Responsabilities

• o You will consolidate all supply chain aspects in the ERP system including but not limited to vendor, material, demand, order, invoice management.
• Update supplier management system to improve accuracy of data
• Oversees order placement and delivery
• You will be the main interface of ADS Space System Procurement process team
• You will be supporting Supply chain strategic sourcing, Proposals and Businessdevelopment team by providing data driven feedback on supplier performance.

Your Profile

• You've a previous experience on a similar position
• You justified at least of 5 years experience in supply chain
• You're data driven with knowledge on an ERP
• Autonomous
• Project Management knowledge
• Leadership skills / strong communication skills
