Job summary

Sonepar is seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end execution of the Data Experience portfolio across multiple countries. You will partner with Product Managers, architects, and domain leads to convert strategy into executable delivery plans, ensuring readiness, budgeting, and risk management.

In this hybrid Paris-based role, you will foster a culture of predictable delivery, continuous improvement and strong governance while aligning with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data, AI, analytics or digital delivery programs across multiple teams and regions.
• Proven ability to define and govern roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, capacity and RAID.
• Strong skills in planning governance cadences and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with data platforms, cloud services and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across DX portfolio from discovery to run.
• Coordinate product teams, architects and stakeholders to shape feasible delivery plans.
• Establish transparency on roadmaps, milestones, risks and budgets across countries.
• Drive governance, readiness gates and rigorous quality and release controls.
