The role requires excellent stakeholder management, clear communications, and the ability to drive issue resolution from design through handover to operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth transition into operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary point of contact between customer and landlord organization.
• Lead regular customer meetings and executive updates to ensure alignment with contract obligations.
• Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness activities.
• Track actions, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare executive-level progress reports and status updates.
• Support change management and contractual processes with commercial and legal teams.
