Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive data centre advisory and programme management engagements. You will open doors, originate and close work end-to-end, and shape commercial models that deliver client value while maintaining profitability.

You will build and lead teams, align local capabilities with global support, and ensure delivery excellence as the market scales. This role demands a track record of multi-year revenue growth and large capital project leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years on large-scale capital projects in data centres or mission-critical sectors.
• 5+ years selling professional services or consulting with personal revenue.
• 5+ years accountable for delivery of capital programme engagements.
• 5+ years working with data centre owners/operators/developers in region/market.
• 3+ years building and leading teams, including hiring senior practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Open doors from day one, converting relationships into a qualified pipeline.
• Originate and close work end to end, signing multi-year advisory engagements.
• Shape the solution and pricing, designing the approach and delivery model.
• Build the team behind the win, standing up local and global delivery capability.
• Own delivery of what you sell, accountable for client outcomes and commercial performance.
• Grow a market with a named client portfolio within 12 months.
