Bigblue is seeking a Head of Professional Services to design and scale a new PS function across logistics, transport, and commerce operations. You will create the program, lead the team, and work with Sales, Product, Ops, and Customer teams to deliver value to merchants.

The role demands 5+ years in consulting or services at a high-growth company, strong client focus, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution. English required; French or Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or implementation at a high-growth scale-up, logistics player, eCom or SaaS.
• English fluency is essential; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Strong ownership, ability to turn complex needs into actionable plans.

Responsabilités

• Design and launch Bigblue’s Professional Services program with offerings, pricing, and delivery frameworks.
• Deliver structured, high-impact advice to merchants to streamline operations and unlock growth.
• Create and track KPIs including merchant satisfaction, ROI, and delivery timelines.
• Capture and structure knowledge to fuel training, product development, and merchant strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Ops, and Customer teams to integrate PS into the customer journey.
• Manage repeatable and bespoke projects from onboarding to migrations.
• Build a profitable growth engine through revenue models and optimal team utilization.
