amo in Paris is seeking an ambitious User Acquisition specialist to own global event campaign initiatives for Bump. You will identify events, collaborate with in-country content leads, and launch creator-driven campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other channels.

You’ll turn creator content into high-performing ads, test ideas, optimize budgets, and share learnings with product and content teams. Fluency in English is required; French or other languages are a plus, and you’ll work in person with

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and budgets, ideally for a consumer app.
• Strong understanding of paid social platforms, especially TikTok and creator-led campaigns.
• Comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excited to work in person with our team in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Find events to prioritize for Bump’s campaigns, from major festivals to local discoveries.
• Build creator campaigns with in-country content leads, briefing and launching.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other channels, owning budgets and performance.
• Turn creator content into high-performing ads, test new ideas, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to share learnings and improve campaigns.
