CXG is seeking a Director of Luxury Market Intelligence & Insights to lead its Thought Leadership and Market Intelligence functions. You will define topics, turn proprietary data into influential content, and position CXG ahead in luxury, beauty, watches, automotive and hospitality.

The role is hands-on, researching, writing and producing publications while coordinating across Practices, Regions and Solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing thought leadership, editorial content or insight-led communications in a consulting, research, customer experience, retail or luxury environment.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills with a portfolio of evidence-led articles or publications.
• Strong oral communication and presentation skills for conferences and client events.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions without direct authority.
• Experience coaching or managing at least one team member.
• Comfort with quantitative data, research methods, and translating data into credible narratives.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted research and content tools.

Responsabilités

• Define thought leadership strategy and roadmap with themes and publication calendar.
• Drive content creation across Practices, Regions and Solutions.
• Research, interview internal experts, write and edit articles with credible evidence.
• Disseminate publications periodically and collaborate with Marketing on reach.
• Host or contribute to CXG's podcast and events, preparing topics and interviews.
• Track performance indicators and refine editorial priorities.
• Collaborate on partnerships with media, conferences and universities.
