Zefir in Paris is seeking a senior Acquisition leader to own and optimise multi‑channel paid growth for the flagship home sales AI platform. You will manage a sizable budget, shape the funnel, and collaborate with content, agencies and internal teams to drive qualified leads.

You’ll design incrementality tests, lead geographic lift experiments, and build scalable systems with no‑code and AI tools. Fluent in English and French, you’ll steer partnerships and own go‑to‑market execution across

Qualifications

8 years in paid marketing and growth leadership, with budget scale.
Deep multi‑channel paid expertise plus SEO/organic and partnerships.
Analytical mindset with ability to design experiments and measure incrementality.
Autonomous operator building scalable systems using no‑code and AI tools.
Experience leading in‑house and freelance teams to a high bar.
Fluent in English and French.
