Works closely with global and regional Compensation and Benefits teams, local HR, HRIS, Finance, Payroll and business leaders. Leads compensation projects and supports Benefits and HRIS initiatives to ensure timely, accurate and effective delivery across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job architecture: Partner with HR and line managers to develop and review job descriptions. Keep job titles, grades, codes and classifications accurate across systems.
  • Pay decisions and advisory: Advise HR and business leaders on compensation policy and pay decisions. Recommend salary adjustments and promotional increases using market data, internal comparators and company guidelines, and review proposed changes against policy.
  • Market benchmarking: Lead market pricing studies and survey participation. Analyse results to assess competitiveness, and keep job matches and pricing data current in MarketPay.
  • Salary structures: Develop and maintain salary grades, ranges and pay structures. Review competitiveness each year and recommend changes backed by cost and incumbent analysis.
