Cartier seeks a Head of Digital Stylist to lead the e-commerce clienteling strategy for top online clients, strengthening loyalty and driving sales. You will design and execute high-value personalised journeys, manage the VIC portfolio, and supervise the Online Stylist team to ensure luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail clienteling or online VIC roles.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Proficient with CRM and ecommerce platforms, especially Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the CRM and clienteling strategy for top clients.
